    What can I say? Great food for the price. Chile is flavorful but not too spicy. Homemade baked goods and tortillas are delicious. The service is wonderful and the food is fresh

    In town for a conference and this was my first meal. A short walk from my AirBnB and I'm so glad I started this trip with La Mexicana! The food was fantastic and service superb. Can't wait to return!

    Great place. Family run with some of the best New Mexican food on earth. Margi the owner is a wonderful woman who cares about her family, her customers and her community. They make the best tortillas in the city and their blue corn tortillas are amazing. Tamales are great. They roast the corn in house and it shows. Fresh as can be. Get in there!!

    Great home cooking, if you think the service is gruff, you have personal issues, these guys have character and treat you like family. You get what you put out!!!

    Very much enjoyed the Combination Plate. A nice little place with a real friendly vibe all around. It felt like the all the people there were regulars, as everyone seemed comfortable.

    The food took a while to prepare, so expect a wait at lunch time.

    Price was reasonable.

    I'll be back, or, actually, I'll probably never be in Albuquerque again in my life, so I take that back. I really like this place, and I'LL NEVER COME BACK.
